Research, Advocacy & Policy Engagement PSP Zambia’s focus for advocacy is the development of evidence based advocacy that is informed by well-established and sustainable researches and monitoring activities that are able to influence policy both at national and local levels.	Enhanced Programming The Platform has also embarked on a process of establishing an independent grievance mechanism for Social protection programs. This will initially be piloted on the SCTs and later be rolled out to other programs.	Networking Coalition Building The objective of this program is to strengthen coordination of CSOs working on Social Protection at all levels.
Capacity Building The objective of capacity building is to Strengthen CSO and Communities to participate in Social Protection Policies and Programs.	Governance & Organasational Development The objective of this function of the Platform is to have a functional civil Society Platform for Social Protection. The Platform has maintained the functional secretariat set in 2011 with staff including an Advocacy Specialist for the purpose of strengthening the advocacy component.
